| Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the receipt of your shipment. Please notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item and give us the reason by email at service@josherwooddesign.com. All items must be returned to Jo Sherwood Design Ltd. at 30 Beecher Street, Pawtucket, RI02860, telephone 401-723-9654, in unused and original condition and in their original packaging. A return or exchange of product is to be shipped prepaid and insured and returns that are received after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item and furnish you with an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship. If you receive your order damaged from shipping, please sign for it as "damaged," retain all shipping cartons and notify us immediately. |
